Banking specialists emphasize that the most important issue of any financial transaction is security. Particular security needs online banking, where the user must trust the website to manage money.
In Poland, 25% of bank customers use online banking - it puts Poles on the 20th place in Europe. However, this number is increasing. Currently, online banking is used the most often by Internet users aged 25-34 years (16.1%) who login several times a month (34.3%) to check the account status (85.3%).
Still, one of the problem with development of e-banking is the fear of lack and no security of money and data needed to login. The report "Safe Internet Banking 2012" describes the seven points of comfort login and account service. It also shows the solutions use in Poland and over the world. This is useful for Internet users and for owners of all websites which transmit the data.
